Compact unit designed for the separation of sand from pulp. Designed to work in conjunction with Powerscreen washing sorting plants. The plant consists of a collecting box, a centrifugal pump, a hydrocyclone and a high frequency dewatering screen.
Productivity up to 60 tons per hour.
Drainage system that reduces the volume of suspended matter supplied to the storage tanks of hydrocyclones.
Centrifugal slurry pump 150/125 mm for pumping suspension into a hydrocyclone. The power of the pump electric motor is 18.5 kW.
A vertically located hydrocyclone with a diameter of 460 mm extracts dust and clay particles from the mixture.
The high frequency dewatering screen of 2520 x 1110 mm is equipped with a polyurethane sieve with a mesh of 0.5 mm.
Two electric motors with a power of 3 kW to drive a high-frequency screen
